Agree... and would add that an officer should temporarily be posted at this intersection to hand out tickets to those drivers coming off of Orvilla, and attempting to make a left onto the "other" side of Orvilla on the other side of Cowpath. They block the intersection so that when the people going straight on Cowpath get the green light, no one can get through. Cowpath backs up past the Giant gas station in the other direction as well, due to these inconsiderate drivers.

Actually, since the main goal is push drivers to use the toll road to generate revenue for PenDOT on regular streets they attempt to make driving as hard as possible. Its called "offroading"
