This is a terrible intersection, and is only made worse by people trying to beat the light and turn right off Orvilla and attempt to then turn left back onto Orvilla without the turn arrow. They will make a right turn on red, try to get into the already backed up left hand turn lane on Cowpath and succeed in completely blocking the entire eastbound flow of traffic on cowpath once their light turns green. PENNDOT isn't going to fix this anytime soon, so please obey the turn arrow and stop clogging the intersection. And, PLEASE STOP USING THE LEFT HAND TURN LANE ON COWPATH TO TURN INTO VINNY'S PIZZA. Yes, their food is great, but further destroying the flow of traffic to pick up your pizza is just plain stupid, turn onto Orvilla and use the side entrance.
