Same two/three homeless people setting up camp on Noe St. underneath the Salon on Noe (right off of Market) or directly across the street from Salon. Setting up tent with blankets and backpacks every single night right when the Salon closes around 7:30pm. They are blocking doors on both sides of the street and staying later and later into the morning. They are disruptive and violent, I have called the police for over two weeks now and nothing is being done. They have been living out there for two months, please help us.
