Junk cars in driveway, over grown brush everywhere quite an eye sore. Tenant never shovels the walk way, saw a rat run from foundation of the home and run across S. Elm St..thank you

I'm not sure what the town can force a homeowner to do but that house is sad. Something is not right with that property and the owner needs to be held accountable

We have a blight ordinance that could be applied. Call the police department at 203 294 2800 and ask them if they are responsible to enforce that. (I would think so but I am not 100% sure).

If that is not the case then call a Town Councilor; they set the ordinances - they should be able to follow up

Chances the owner or resident is a "hoarder"- family or neighbors should try to help him out.
