I have reported this to Metro Water Services and was told that it is not a water line leak as there is no chlorine present. They said they reported it to Storm Water, but nothing has been done, Now that it is getting cold the water has started freezing at night, and this is on a dangerous sharp curve. Someone is going to get killed here.
