This person doing that has done this has done it all over lark street. It is the same color as the one currently tagged at the Larkin. How come these people are never caught?

I'm with sk on this. Every single day, I come across new tags that are clearly the work of the same vandal(s). They tag anything they want...houses, businesses, utility boxes. Graffiti has really gotten out of control in the past year and, while DGS does an excellent job dealing with complaints, much more needs to be done to stop the problem. We need better patrols, enforcement, stiffer penalties.
