Building owner has to be notified.. I know the email

The owner has a sign up on the valve that they are aware of the issue and have a repair scheduled for later this week. The valve needs to remain open because it is for the fire sprinklers for te building.

Thank you to our DPW for pushing things along w/EBMUD, and subsequently? concurrently? with the property owner!

DPW & EBMUD had nothing to do with the fix. The water pipe was a 12" pressurized line and needed a specialized company to come out and do the repairs. The building owner took care of everything. Yes it took a while but, that is the way of business these days.
