Dear Gunnar:
DPW (Dept. of PUBLIC Works) cleans only PUBLIC property, not privately owned, like on this garage door. You must contact the property owner... :-(

I thought the same thing till I saw one of the City's 4 painters covering up a tag on a private fence. He said that they will do it one time as a service to the citizens. I have had a handful of my issues that were on private property get mitigated by DPW. FYI

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 11/25/2014, service request # 551921.
