Description

This yard is a frequent discussion amongst the homeowners around it. It's yard has piles of trash, junk, litter, ferrel cats, a chained up dog, numerous vehicles that don't move. This homes' backyard is the front yard view for an entirely other street (Hudson). This home was tagged by the city previously and condemned/abandoned for a time. The homeowners apparently returned and have brought it back to the state previously. Noone is even sure if they have running water or normal city utilities. We appreciate any attention you can bring to this situation.
