Light timing affecting westbound traffic. Timing was adjusted in 2014. It is now to short to allow westbound vehicles to safely turn onto southbound Groesbeck during rush hours. Several westbound cars run the red light to make their turn during the rush hours. Extra time would allow cars to safely turn.
