The owner of this dog refuses to bring his dog inside at night, so incessant barking occurs regularly. The dog appears to be new to the family as this has only become an issue.

A. Dog is barking throughout the night, sometimes up to 15 minutes at a time. This is making it hard to sleep and causing a lot of disturbance to the neighbors in the immediate area.
