Sharraxaadda

Street light in alley between 2119-21 Park and 2114-16 Stuart doesn't stay on. Comes on briefly and goes off, comes on again later for a while, etc. Very dark in alley when it's off, like last night when I put out the trash for pickup. It's been doing this for a long time.
