Received this [screenshot] in email re: case #13553757. Yes! That *has* been outstanding for 31 days! Why is that? And now you send an email stating, please comment - but there IS no commenting as noted, "Public commenting and status changes are not available for this issue." How bad is our IT department??? They can't get the parking pass page fixed, and they send out totally useless emails, doubling the frustration. How about putting someone on this to fix both? Thanks so much.
