This is an important transfer point and is used by many working people. It gets dark early now and we need the lights for safety, as there are all kinds of people that use the buses. If it gets too dangerous, in the winter with dark, and ice, and at times with strangers around when we are waiting alone at night, then people will be afraid to use the buses, and so will decline eimployment that necessitates using these transfer points. Students also use the buses, during the day and for evening classes and activities, and if the bus stops are dangerous then the enrollment at Gateway will decline, and students from the high school downtown will have a problem with after school activities.
conclusion,, yes, please keep police patrols vigilant, and the bus stops safe.
