说明

The sidewalk in front of this new construction has been torn up for many weeks. It has a utility pipe sticking up in the middle which makes it even more of a tripping hazard than it would already otherwise be. There was a piece of plywood over it at first for a very short time and I kept waiting for it to be covered up again but I really lost my patience this morning when I stumbled over it in the rain and mud.
