an old broken TV has been dumped on the sidewalk along the rail road wall, across the street from No. 296 Hallock AVENUE.

NH publick works it's making it more difficult to discard these big items, so don't be surprise to see them around more often. As of July 1st, you have to go to the office to get a permit to discard anything big at the recycle/trash station between 9-12pm only or pay $50 for a bulk pick appointment. http://cityofnewhaven.com/PublicWorks/trash/BulkTrash.asp

Took care of it myself. (Smashed it into small pieces, bagged them up & distributed the bags into various trash containers.)
