Sharraxaadda

Contrary to the brochure we received the snow was plowed to the sidewalk side of 91 Street / 129 Ave instead of the non side walk side. Approximately 1' of snow and large chunks of ice are impeding the sidewalk which are unable to be moved by the resident due to the size and weight. I hope we are not expected to keep the sidewalks clear are is this still in the process of being taken care of?
