الوصف
ON THE SOUTH/EAST SIDE OF EVELYN AVENUE, BETWEEN glendonwynne AND IDYLWOOD THE SIDEWALK NARROWS DOWN ABOUT 80%. IT IS HARD TO WALK ON HERE, AND IF ONE PERSON COMES THE OTHER WAY ON THIS SIDEWALK YOU HAVE TO STAND ON THE STREET AND LET THEM PASS. THE STRECH OF THE NARROW SIDEWALK IS NEAR THAT BIG CURVE YOU SEE ON THE MAP! ALTERNATIVE: GO ON OTHER SIDE OF STREET! ALSO THIS SIDEWALK IS UNUSABLE TO PEOPLE WITH CARTS , WHEELCHAIRS, OR WALKERS, OR BIKES, OR STROLLERS

I followed-up with the City, while it is not cut-and-dried whether two full-width sidewalks are required to fulfill accessibility (as an evaluation is required) anything regarding this should be initiated either by e-mailing newsidewalks@toronto.ca or contacting the project lead (currently Jason Neill 416-392-3969.)
I will therefore close this off now.
