We have reached out to the contractor again,( Third Time) and finally got a hold of him. He is in the process of hiring a contractor to do the concrete work. Not trying to excuse his lack of responsibility, but we found out he had to have open heart surgery and was unavailable for the last 2 1/2 months. He is using the same contractor that the city field operations uses. It should be done with in a week or two.
