This is also happening where single-family homes are subdivided to rent in secret and you have two or more families piled in there constantly overfilling the garbage and recycling every week which isn't supposed to be for multiple families, etc. in one home. You can see the over-brimming houses with cars all over the grass in Pembroke Pines and neighboring cities.
