Street Lights (Not Traffic lights) Archived6830 Hollywood Blvd Pembroke Pines, Florida - Pembroke PinesSections of street lights on south side of Pines Blvd from SW 72nd Ave to SW 66th Ave have been going off whenever there is even a bit of rain or wind for over a year now. Has been reported to FP&L several times with no obvious improvement.

1820 Island Drive Miramar, Florida - MiramarUsing a lack of common sense, owners or residents at 1820 Island Drive planted palm trees along perimeter that have become huge and out of control. One was recently struck by lightning on the SE corner which was leaning over the property at 1830 Island Drive. Further inspection shows that there are several more along south perimeter that are growing out of control, are also leaning towards 1830 and huge fronds and coconuts are contacting roof of 1830 and their phone and power lines. Huge fronds and bundles of coconuts could snap off an injure or kill anyone below.

Out of control hedges Acknowledged6626 Sw 1st Ct Pembroke Pines, Florida - Pembroke PinesLandlord has subdivided house where two families are renting and living in a single family home. Has hedges right next to neighbors garage entry and even though asked for years, landlord does not pay for lawn cutter to pay for trimming plants. The lawn cutter was asked recently to cut the out of control hedges and we were told that the landlord(s) don't pay him for that.
