I can appreciate the City's idea of the residential plowing program... however, today it was implemented within the Copperwood subdivision and as you can see from the attached image, there is a SIGNIFICANT windrow that a car is NOT able to drive over... Note also in the picture the size of the windows on the other driveways...they appear to be able to be driven over, however we are on the outside of the cul-de-sac and obviously the graders carried all of the material to window in front of our driveway. In these instances you need to look at having the support equipment to drive over these, as this becomes a safety issue with emergencies should someone not be able to drive a vehicle past a city placed windrow.
