WHERE DID THE IN-STREET PEDESTRIAN SIGN GO!? Believe me, as soon as it's gone driver behavior reverts to the (poor) norm for New Haven. The snow hasn't (yet) started, so can we please get it back for a few more weeks. Some targeted traffic enforcement here would be a welcome surprise, too!
