Firestone building on SE corner of Broadway and 30th is covered in graffiti that is not being abated. All four side of building have major graffiti. This is private property that is entitled for conversation to a CVS. Can City make sure owners abate current graffiti and perform regulate checks/cleanup there after? Thank you!
