Description

The building is dumping all its water into 1 spot in the alley creating huge potholes and huge puddles. I have to drive down the ally every day to reach my business and this is an ongoing problem. Last week there was a piece of metal in the puddle that lodged in my tire giving me a flat. I could not see it because it was under water
