Description

Could DPW send the recycling trucks to our area after 7 like they did before last month? Trucks arriving before 6 am wake up the entire street including those of us working late shifts. I understand you have to weigh safety concerns but surely it is safe to pick up recycling after 7 so residents' well being is preserved. Thanks for your consideration. This has only been changed in the past month.
