I am reporting a tree and bush combination that is not cared for by owners/managers of 19 Lincoln street that blocks sidewalk passage for pedestrians. It is a nuisance and needs to be cited and removed. If the city cannot trim it the owners need to be held responsible to do so.

Have been told that this is a bank owned property. This issue has been going on for over a year. Its either overgrown weeds and shrubs or they don't shovel the snow. i have reported it numerous times and have not seen any change in the condition of the property and 311 keeps closing the issue. attached is a photo of the property the first week of september.

This issue has not been completed in my perspective. The tree branches on this property encroach the public sidewalk and prohibit normal pedestrian traffic. The city needs to hold the property owner accountable for maintaining a clear path.

it will only get worse once the snow comes. they are not too keen on shoveling either.

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU! it only took close to a year but the shrubs have finally been trimmed back. we can now walk down the street again. Just curious... how much did they end up paying in fines? or did they?
