Description
What appears to be a boat horn of some sort has been going off constantly ranging from every minute to every fifteen seconds for the past four hours. It is now 2:30 am and it is STILL going off. I have only lived in Fall River for six months now but this has never been an issue before. Please help, I need my sleep!
