Good Morning Mayor Carpenter, My name is Carl Walker, the son of Barbara Walker, who resides at 45 Stearns Ave. Brockton My mother is 76 years old and liveson a fixed income. She has lived in this house and paid taxes to the city of Brockton for twenty one years. I am pleading with the city to help my mom with the flooding issue in front of her house. She is unable to leave the premises or receive mail from the front of her house or visitors We have contacted our councilor ward representative, Michelle Dubois and she is well aware of this persistent problem. Presently the situation is interfering with my mom ability to enjoy her home. – Please Help – Thank you, Carl Walker
