2nd warning in reference to issue ID 13373532. Large road bump/swell.

There's a large road bump/swell preventing water flow, and street drainage. Large puddles of water, mixed with dirt, and trash overtaking sidewalk in front of properties 60-58 Warwick Street. Street floods during intense rain storms. Driveway curbs, gas/water access points (small manholes), and the sidewalks will be damaged during icy winter months. This needs to be addressed with urgency. The road swell will cause extensive property damage if it is not addressed. Please review detailed image attached.
