Codes and Building Safety received a request for inspeciton on August 2, 2011 - RFS # 11-1063197 - the violaiton reported was: JUNK, TRASH AND DEBRIS IN YARD. The inspeciton was mde on August 15, 2011 and no violaitons were found - the Inspector reported the following: THIS YARD IS IMMACULATE/ PRIVACY FENCE WITH NO TRESPASSING SIGN POSTED.
Codes received another request on August 31, 2011 - RFS # 11-1064764 - the violation reported was: HIGH GRASS WEEDS IN BACK YARD. The inspection was made on September 2, 2011 and no violations were found. The Inspector reported the following: BACK YARD IS FENCED IN WITH SOLID WOODEN FENCE/ HAS A GARDEN IN REAR WITH CORN AND TOMATOES THAT ARE HIGH.
This property has been reported twice and no violations have been found. Could you be specific as to what violaiton you are seeing at this time. Thanks you.
