Description
Traffic light on the corner of Brevator and Lincoln is completely obstructed on the north side (the dead end side) by tree limbs. Dutch Elm trees on that corner have grown out of control. It's a safety issue with the obstructed traffic light, and a potential liability issue as limbs are scratching the tops of cars and trucks who turn onto the dead end.
