When they took out the traffic lights on Toepfer by the schools, between Gratiot and Kelly, they at least put a stop light at Pleasantview. Not even a stop sign at Katner. I know the school has closed, but drivers now have almost a mile to go from Kelly before they have to stop. They go by my house some days doing 40-45 mph. I followed a school bus down here and had to do 42 miles an hour to keep up. A SCHOOL BUS!!!!!! Put in a stop sign and if the city can't afford it I would be happy to pay for it. I'd even send someone to install it! The city could make a fortune here giving out tickets. I have seen the police sit here and catch one speeder after another. By the way there is some kid who goes down here every day on his motorcycle winding up all the way to the stop light. he must be doing 60 by the time he gets there.
