This is an Asphalt Alley. CONSTRUCTION at 1126 30th ave N caused the asphalt deterioration when they had driveway rremoved which has broken away the asphalt sides. By electric subpanel is a divet smashed in area of asphalt. Request is to re-asphalt or repair the asphalt sides or have new owners at 1126 pay for asphalt repairs. Rocks & dirt is not suppose to be in this alley & flows out to 30th ave N clogging the road. Aspahlt alley goes past the sewer manhole.

Asphalt Alley edges after 5 mths are falling apart - please asphalt edges and repair asphalt next to 1126 30th ave N residency that removed their driveway and we need 5' alley restored in width please & thanks.

SPTO Pavement 2 Status?? 9-26-22 this tix was opened. Still not paved or repaired??? TaX money was paid. Alley runs N to S between the two addresses listed on ticket. 1126 30th ave N & 1116 30th ave N 33704 in Woodlawn.
