Description

Blue heeler type dog and shepard mix companion continually roaming Broadway, Edith, Rosemont, and Mountain near Workforce Connection Center every morning from approximately 0600 to 1600. Returns to area between Kinley and Rosemont usually around 1630 when someone whistles sharply. Dogs seem friendly but cause traffic issues and have already been hit by vehicles. Daily for the last 3 months.
