Carroll Drive is a residential road used as a cut-through by a large number of drivers. Speed limits are not followed and I have seen many near-accidents on this road. In addition, it is a no truck road and regularly 18 wheelers ignore the signage to travel on this street. Please install speed bumps here to protect the pedestrians who walk on this road, the residents who live here, and restore some sanity.
