Description

My property Address is 2217 Ptarmigan Trail Memphis, TN 38134 and the owner of the other property 2211 built a roof to make a storage over my fence (My fence became a wall) and now my fence is rotten because when it rains the water got on top of that roof and falls into my fence. I also have an issue with flooding because of all this water coming into my property when it rains. facing the property is on the right side.
