this is very disgusting causing my duplex , bugs,flys and rodents etc. apparently he has raw septic in his basement. when you walk down the steps to his basement it's on the right hand side.. he has beds against my duplex causing me to Bomb for roaches bed bugs ants..etc. he is also constantly releasing Freon from air conditioning units into the air.. he is also throwing garbage in my yard. I can and will send pictures of everything he's doing.. twice now waste management took my trash and left a note on trash cans Billy ripped the note as 3 neighbors told me and one neighbor caught him on camera.. He is also lying and having people knock on my door, threatening me and my disabled husband. He has also used his hose to soak my top balcony and kitchen. pictures of that too .. Me and my husband have also seen his engine to the truck he drives catch on fire due to heater core and thermostat.. Also driving with no Drivers license, trucks not in his name, different insurance is constantly drinking and driving.
