Well maybe someone should install a hidden camera some place and catch them they probably the same ones tagging all the Renton Highlands area up on sunset and union all the way up to ne4th street to crown pointe apartments.

Many businesses and home owners have security cameras. Maybe the city has some too. And there are definite patterns where graffiti occurs. Similar to Rebecca's thoughts, could some of the law breakers be caught and fined, instead of us just cleaning up the mess they create?
