Isn't it time that the Nether Providence Township officials force Sigismondi & Sons, who have constructed two mini-mansions, to finally make permanent repairs to Brookhaven Road where their temporary patches have been in place for over four months? Or, since the new homes are located in Rose Valley Borough, maybe that Borough Council? Or maybe PennDot? Someone do it, please.

No, the issue has not been fixed... I'm somewhat surprised that you did not send it to Nether Providence Township... Thanks for your assistance...

SeeClickFix has apparently not yet brought this situation to the attention of the powers who rule Nether Providence Township and/or Rose Valley Borough. Not to mention PennDot. Because the Sigismondi & Son's penetration to Brookhaven Road on multiple points still exist without proper repair. So everyone travelling Brookhaven Road adjacent to the profit-making Sigismondi & Sons development need to have their car rattled because their lack of proper restoration of the state highway. Guess that's the way to make money? Public property be damned. We'll tear up your state highway when we want to tear up your state highway, we'll patch it a little bit, and you the citizens of the Commonwealth will just have to put up with it. Yeah, that's the ticket...
