Description

Two weeks ago, someone spray painted white markings on the sidewalks and driveway aprons on Oakley St. in New Haven. Then last week, another person spray painted blue markings on the street. Can someone tell me what these are for? I am expecting a furniture delivery next week and need to know the city will be tearing up the sidewalk/road.
