The properties at 2400, 2402 and 2404 Harwood Street still have an issue with trash/debris on the curbside. When these tenants fail to pick up trash on and around these properties, it is the responsibility of the landlord to monitor them or their behavior in the community. I hope the city will contact the landlords.
