Sharraxaadda

We contacted the waste company to pick-up a 3 seater sofa on yesterday. We were told that the pick-up would happen today. Instead they removed the 3 cushions. I phoned the waste company concerning the removal of 3 pillows without the sofa and was informed that they are down one truck. So the removal will happen tomorrow. In the meantime someone from the city came by with 2 additional people and threw the sofa in out yard-just missing the house and windows. This is unsatisfactory and unsafe. Please let me know how you plan to address this. Pictures attached.
