Description

This is my third report of this persistent problem at this same can, which almost daily has bags of household/yard/business trash either stacked next to it or dumped in it. This is a bag of leaves/yard waste, and there's also a small bag of mixed waste in the can. Please enforce the dumping at this can so that people passing by can actually use it for the small waste they're carrying, we don't have to look at bags and boxes stacked up on this corner daily, and rodents don't "discover" this meal opportunity.
