Constituent called about property located at 1454 Eastview Ave. NE. Owner moved out on 10/25/14. Front porch being held up by boards. Hole in front porch, you can see to the basement. Owner had dogs that urinated and defecated on front porch and did not clean it up. The odor is horrendous. Please inspect for demo. Please inspect for health violations.
