this was caused my the 2010 flood and metro water told they was fixing it and has not yet

Metro Water Services does not repair roads unless we damaged them (for example, repairing a water main). Following the May 2010 flood Metro had crews and contractors out assessing flood damage county-wide, and there was some debris in this general area that could be blocking a creek. Metro Water Services may have indicated that they would be addressing that issue (debris in creek). As Public Works indicated some time ago, this is a private road and repairs need to be made by the owner.
