I'll ask a Zoning inspector to go by to check this out and contact the owner. What kind of sign are they putting out?

It's one of those "real estate" signs that's got a $6.99 special on it. They plant it next to the sidewalk on Jones Franklin across the parking lot entrance from Sonic.
