Beschreibung

The street light on the corner of 47th Avenue West and W. 5th Street is burnt out. Sometimes it flickers but the majority of the time it is pitch black. It is hard to see anything and the flickering is annoying. Our bedroom window is closest to it and it is hard to sleep. Thank you.
