Was this ever investigated?

Burlington doens't have to do inspections if they don't want to, they will just assume its done correctly.

Thank you all new sidewalk requests are investigated to determine the severity of the concern and proper correction to deficiency being reported. This request has not been investigated yet, but will be in the next month or two as DPW prepares our work plan for next year to determine where this request falls in our work plan and type and how it will be prioritized.
