Description
We recently cleaned-up the fallen pines needles and dug out about 2 ft. of the fill in our street side storm drain; however, we were not able to empty the storm sufficiently. Can service be arranged to empty the storm of the fill?

Surface WAter technician went out to site. clearing drain will not solve the problem. Will need to look at infrastructure or capping the catch basin. This is a long term solution.
